We've started a full home renovation project with Saville and we couldn't be more impressed. Sheldon and his team are prompt, knowledgeable and it's very clear they have our best interests at heart. They have been very up-front about what is and isn't possible and have demonstrated they have the experience (and creative problem-solving) to utilize our limited budget in the best ways possible. We've also appreciated how transparent and straightforward the process has been, plus the communication has been great, not just with us, but also with our design team. All-in-all we feel very relieved and thankful that we chose Sheldon. I will update this review once the project is complete.

Great experience with a beautifully renovated home

The overall experience of renovating our home with Sheldon and his team was exceptional. From the initial design, his team understood that we wanted something entirely “new” but still in the context of the overall design of our house. Execution was close to flawless and his team delivered on time and this in the midst of a pandemic. All of his team, whether Sheldon, the project manager, the design team or the trades were all highly skilled, responsive to our needs, personable and always aimed at exceeding our expectations. We are delighted with our “new” home and would highly recommend the Saville team.

Not only does Saville do top notch work, Sheldon is one of the best humans I have ever met. In an industry where you are leaving a lot of your trust in a company to do the work well, on time, and to your expectations, as a builder Saville Homes hits all of the nails right on the head (no pun intended). Building a custom home is a big investment and quite the section process as anyone who has been through the experience would know. Selecting the right homebuilder at the beginning is paramount for success. It took us a bit of time to find somebody like Sheldon of Saville Homes and when we connected, I knew it was the right chemistry to get the job done. Sheldon operated with a high degree of integrity and always followed up with his commitments which gave us continuous confidence in his work. Arriving to the end result is a process and decisions were sometimes untimely, however an accommodating and responsive builder such as Saville Homes made all the difference. Sheldon always had the time and patience to deal with matters brought to his attention; he gave good consultations and sound recommendations that benefitted the budget and ultimately the client at the end of the day.

Our family have been enjoying the new house for one year now with little latent issues. Not only does Saville Homes builds great dwellings, but Sheldon also builds great relationships that goes beyond the project.
