Timber Pointe Home Inspection

Ian did a thorough home inspection for our new home, walked us through all the details and explained his recommendations for addressing issues!

I was struggling to find a good inspector on short notice with evening availability at a reasonable price. Thankfully Ian was available. He was very responsive and professional. I was not in town for the inspection so he put a ton of detail in the inspection report for me and also added some tips and advice. The inspection was very thorough.
