I'm a building enclosure and structural restoration engineer. I've worked with Pete and AJ for years, helping them with their condo's. They're good to work with and professional.

Unit Management has been our condo board representative for over a decade and we like that they are a smaller company that responds to our calls promptly even on the weekend when we are dealing with floods or backups. They don't leave it up to their assistant or an automated system after hours. We like the smartphone app they use to keep all of us informed.
We have had some enforcement problems with some residents who regularly defy the bylaws and bully the board as a result, and our Manager has handled these difficult situations gracefully on our behalf. Thank you for everything you do UM!
