Living in here is not the worst, but there is a huge lack of building management. They switched building managers in November and this new one has done nothing so far. She does not keep track or reply to her emails. The only way to get her attention is to go to the office, which a person who works full time can never do.

There is no more yoga studio as opposed to advertised on their website, just a tiny little Walmart standing mirror that is barely wide enough for the average human being. The buzzers have not been updated in 3 months despite multiple times being assured they would be. I am truly disappointed that the issues I brought up 3 months ago have not been addressed.

Amy made the moving process feel like a breeze, she made a hard time feel peaceful and went out of her way to make the whole experience as stress-free and as enjoyable as possible. She is incredibly accomodating and the nicest, sweetest and most caring person we met through our process. Making the decision to move in was an easy one thanks to her. We feel safe and cared for in our new place. Thank you so much Amy, words cannot describe how grateful we are for you.
