Level IT Foundation Repair & Basement Waterproof

I used Level IT Foundation to repair a leaky basement window at a rental property I own. They were professional and responsive and made the process quick, easy, and provided photos of their work (on my request) so I can prove to my insurance company that the work was done. The only hiccup I had to work around was that they don't accept credit card as a method of payment.

We had a leak in our basement and we didn't know where it was coming from. Mariano came and walked around our house with us and gave us advice on some other issues (gutters, etc.), and of course advised on the issue and what the fix was. Lisa was patient with all of our questions about the fix. Mariano and his colleague did a great job on fixing our issue and we couldn't be happier.

There is a leak in our basement which was really annoying and upsetting. We tried to call several contractors, only Level it responded in a very timely way. The technician went to our place and gaved us the detailed solutions to that problem. Every time I called, they were always trying to explained to me patiently and sent me pictures to help me understand what they would do. I really appreciate their attitude

Thank Mariano and his team to lift my sinking foundation at a reasonable cost, he came to assess the problems using his expertise instead of a sale pitch, glad to work with his team to get the problems fixed, highly appreciated.
