Pho Vietnamese Village

This is the best Beef Pho I've ever had in Calgary. Their broth is really good that recalls our memories that we had tasted in Vietnam. Their Lemongrass Grilled Beef and Quail are also very delicious.

We definitely will come again.

A different approach to a satay peanut soup, really warm and flavorful broth. I had heard about this place from a co Worker who mentioned that he drives across town for a bowl of peanut satay from this place. While in the area my partner and I decided to give it a try. We ordered two of the satay peanut soups, and one appetizer sampler. The appetizer sampler offered two salad rolls, two spring rolls and four fried Dumplings. The salad rolls felt really fresh, the egg rolls had a decent filling, and the Dumplings were equally good. Our soups arrived shortly after. As I mentioned before the restaurant offers a much different take on the peanut satay soup compared to other restaurants, this place doesn't put the entire emphasis on the peanut taste, but blends in more spices into the broth offering a very warming satisfying soup that would probably really stand out during colder weather. Bottom line being I will probably be stopping here again in the future.

Love how extensive their menu is and how authentic the pho is. As some of the other reviews mentioned, their broth is REALLY good. I made the mistake of adding sauce to it before even tasting it which you do not need to. In fact, do not do it. The broth is perfect as is.

Prices are reasonable for the portion and if you’re into spicy food, they make their own hot sauce you can buy as well!

This viet restaurant has THE BEST beef broth that I’ve tasted in Calgary, tender meat, and the staff has great light banter and service. I would definitely recommend, and would come back!

My go to for beef pho for $10 and a large. The flavouring, quality and quantity works well to justify this is a place worth going to. The service here - love the service - friendly , welcoming, and quick to provide. The place is very clean and food is also clean (not oily, greasy or fatty). Really enjoy this hole in the wall spot and would recommend you to visit it as well. I also don't get any of that aftertaste or thirst of water after eating here. Am definitely going to need to try to dine in when the whole covid times is over with/regulations lift.
