The fireplace/chimney was quite dirty and was due for a cleaning. Steve was pleasant to deal with and did a very thorough job in cleaning the fireplace/chimney. Thanks, Steve! We'll be coming back.

This company is amazing and trustable after we got owned by a supposedly very high recommended one. He took a video in front of me before and after he cleaned it and it was shocking. We do a lot of fires in winter and it gives me the chills thinking we were safe after that first company came and not knowing the chimney was still extremely dirty. Soot busters is the only company I trust now.

I would HIGHLY recommend Soot Busters. We had Steve out to clean our fireplace/chimney prior to having a gas insert installed. Although we'd only used it a handful of times after its last cleaning, it was filthy, leading us all to the understanding that it had not been cleaned properly or thoroughly by the last company. Steve was SO thoughtful and friendly, took the time to take photos to show us the extent of the creosote build up, and answer all our questions. He worked efficiently and conscientiously ... leaving us with a sparkling clean fireplace, ready for its new gas insert. Thank you, Steve. Steve was referred to us. We have lived in the home for over 20 years. After having approximately 400 fires over that time, we thought we should get the chimney cleaned. Steve inspected the chimney and told us that it is very clean, no signs of any damage. He could have told us it needed cleaning and done the work and charge us. I was very surprised that it did not require cleaning. His inspection price is extremely fair. It is good to know that there is still honest business owners in todays world.
