I have built 3 homes prior to Baywest and never have I had such a seamless and amazing experience. Doug our sales person and housebuilding guru has been patient, full of knowledge, attentive to our needs, and willing to give suggestions of things we might not have thought of. He does this with such a great personality and includes little touches to know we are just not a number. For example: sending pictures of each stage of our house, remembering my sons name when he came to visit, answering all our texts, and introducing us to our neighbors. He is unbelievable and we bought the house quickly vs shopping around because of the impact he had on us.

Ashley has been our designer and has hands down delivered over and over again. Giving us different suggestions, going above and beyond with searching for the right samples, providing valuable insight into choices. Never once did we feel pressured or made to accept something we didn't want. She even adapted to doing virtual sessions. She never makes my husband and I feel like each other opinions are less than the others but provides excellent compromises.

Along the way Baywest has introduced us to excellent partners: Dave our soon to be relator who came to our house the night before he took a vacation and then sent us an evaluation from the beach the next day- who does this kind of service?

Josh at Cartwright lighting who was knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted. When we had a question about the spreadsheet he answered us at 7:30 am.

Steve at Trail appliances not only had a big personality but he listened intently to what we wanted and then used his vast experience to help narrow down our choices quickly and efficiently- and I got my big range!

A special call out to Baywest as a company. We have been a pain. Asking for adaptations, trying to make our home as unique as possible and they have constantly come back with ideas, accommodating our wishes, and being so fair with the whole process. I know this is unheard of in the homebuilding world.

Highly, highly recommend the whole process. When your team is perfection from start to finish you have found the right partners to build a home with.
