Dapper helped us on our home renovation. Quality work and highly professional. In renos there are always things that pop up and Dean was able to compromise to help complete the job.

We saw the beautiful job Dean had done on our friend's basement and they had great things to say about him. We felt more comfortable hiring a contractor known to us through others. So when we wanted to develop our basement we got in touch with Dean.

Dean has a great sense of how to build a space so the end product is pleasing to the eye and functional. For our basement this was evident by how Dean designed ceiling bulkheads, feature built-ins and lighting to disguise the ducting and tele-posts.

He has a very hands on approach, completing most of the work himself, and he was around to oversee the work done by any trades he brought in. That adds to the confidence we have in the quality of all the work done.

The project ran on time and on budget. From the beginning of the project we had expressed wanting to complete some of the work to keep the cost within our budget and Dean was very flexible and accommodating about it. He even gave us tips and tricks as we went along, very helpful for future home maintenance and projects.

Dean took us through the basement at various stages of the project and so we knew it was being done properly. We can tell he has high standards and does not cut corners.

We would definitely recommend Dapper Built to our family and friends and will have Dean back for other home renovation projects in the future.
