(October 19, 2021, 11:25 pm)They were able to solve a problem for me in 20 minutes that 2 other branches couldn’t fix over 2 hours. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and went an extra mile to make sure my needs were met. The best experience I’ve had at a Scotiabank by far. They are not located particularly close to me but I will most definitely make a longer trip just to come back to this branch again in the future.
