Treatment was good, first time having assessments for my shoulder done, usually massage places just tell me to go on the table and they start rubbing my shoulder for a couple of minutes then do the usual full body thar most people do.
The treatment felt short maybe because i wanted to learn more.
I learned how to make my shoukder stronger.
