The times I have witnessed them calling the police on anyone were directly related to the offender creating a scene and/or threatening bodily harm to the employees. The staff are doing exactly what they are told/trained to do. I find this extremely disgraceful and distasteful against the customer, actually. The manager is super friendly and approachable, as is the rest of her team. YOU GUYS ROCK! You're my store of choice!
