I signed up for the 6 week challenge and really was amazed by how focused all of the trainers were to my health journey and seeing me succeed. Each trainer brought their own piece of awesome to the studio and I thoroughly enjoyed coming each week. I was provided a regimented diet to meet my goal and weekly weigh ins. It held me accountable and they gave me a booklet to track my success. I have never has this type of experience working with a trainer in the past or a gym. There are multiple check in points and it really is incredible seeing what hard work can help pay off. I enjoyed the class times and the energy at each class. I hope to be back in October! Thank you for a great experience I really throughly enjoyed myself and saw result fast!!
I haven't been regularly active for most of my adult life (I'm 43). I signed up for the 6 week challenge, and it has been a life-changer. I wasn't sure how it would go at first, but I love the classes and instructors so much that I signed up for the next year. The change for me is incredibly important. I have MS and have struggled with my leg coordination over the past few years. I find running, jumping, and balance difficult. But kickboxing I can do! I modify some of the exercises and I feel confident and amazing. Thanks iLoveKickboxing!
Just completed the 6 week challenge and loved it! I have to admit that I was a bit skeptic at the beginning, but the work out is absolutely fantastic! The meal plan is hard at first, but manageable and a really important piece of the process. The challenge is not easy and requires discipline and determination, but the feeling of completing it and succeeding is awesome! Overall a really positive experience.
I joined the 6-week challenge a few months ago, and although I didn't reach my goal (totally my and Covid's fault!) I couldn't stop thinking about the well-rounded, challenging and, yes, fun workouts! All of the coaches that I worked with were extremely energetic and friendly , and so easy to talk to if I ever had questions or wanted some advice.
During the 6-weeks, I absolutely found myself with more energy and a more positive attitude. I have now become a member as I have experienced first-hand how beneficial these workouts have been for me and want to return to that level of health.
I Love Kickboxing is a fantastic way to get into great shape and improve mental and physical health and I highly recommend this facility!
I love kickboxing! I signed up for the 6-week challenge initially but couldn't continue due to a few reasons. I decided to continue as a term member and I have absolutely no regrets. I love coming to the classes for the excellent instructors, the awesome vibe/atmosphere, the variety of workouts, the calorie burn, and the sense of achievement at the end of every class. I can actually feel myself getting stronger and fitter. Working out has never been so fun and enjoyable!
