Clear communication, replied with a quote quickly, dealt with stone warehouses on my behalf to get material in hand within 2 days (their delay, not his) and installed within 1 week of starting the process. The install was completed in a day. Very neat and tidy in my home and fully cleaned his workspace prior to leaving. Very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail with the cuts. I would absolutely recommend Orsertile for tile and stone work.
