William was super professional and even kindly tried to comfort my bruised ego when he figured out in about 2 minutes what I should have been able to figure out myself! The whole experience was great, from ease in making the appointment to an on-time arrival and considerate service including masking up and booties to keep my floors clean. I fully recommend A Plus Tech.

William has saved my computer twice. When my computer became so slow it was unusable for work, he diagnosed the problem (outdated hardrive) and replaced it with a solid-state unit. The computer now operates better than it did new. The second time I had a complete Windows crash. William was able to get my computer back up and running within the day. His customer service is superb!
