It was a pleasure dealing with Ken! I usually book online but with all the changes and travel concerns, I choose to book our trip through a travel agent. I called Ken with a short timeline and he was able to organize an amazing trip to Mexico! He was quick to respond by phone/email and answered all my questions. It took the stress off! I would definitely recommend Ken and can’t wait to plan out next trip (this time with more notice 😉)

Group trips HIGHLY recommend! Ken organized a group of 32 of us to go to Mexico over the holidays. He navigated all of our questions with professionalism, kept us up to date with the ever changing covid rules and went the extra mile to ensure we all enjoyed our time. I usually book my international flights online, on my own, however with the current situation doing so is more complicated and there are fewer options. As well, changes may pose a problem when booking through 3rd party websites – it’s impossible to get a real person on the phone. So this time I felt it best to book with a professional in case of any complications because of Covid. Ken was informative, helpful and super patient with all of my questions (a lot of them) and changes. I highly recommend giving Ken a call to have peace of mind for your travel plans.
