Super in depth review:
The apartment building itself is nice enough, but definitely built cheap. It's also not the most secure building if you're a big Amazon or package person. The mailroom was broken into recently, and today a package of mine was stolen from the foyer. If you're not home, there's a decent chance you'll risk loosing your items. You're better off sending them to a local pick up point. I've also caught some kids/teens from the building snooping my freshly delivered items at my door, and were likely about to "investigate" them before we opened my apartment door and told them to kindly scram. Watch your kids people, I shouldn't have to tell them not to steal my stuff.
When it comes to the parkade, my friend who is a resident as well had his vehicle broken into. Just something to keep in mind as it's a secured parkade. I personally haven't that issue and hopefully won't, just keep it in your mind!
There's also been multiple false fire alarms this past winter, leading to full building evacuations in freezing temperatures. Most likely caused by a faulty system according to the firefighters. It was definitely distressing for the elderly and limited mobility tenants, but that also comes with apartment living.
Visitor parking is also not free if you have frequent visitors (maximum 3 times a month I believe for free per plate?), and close street parking is a hot commodity.
Perhaps these are just outliers but just some things to keep in mind if you plan to rent here.
