310-DUMP

In absolutely horrified at the service of this company.
I was quoted 400 and billed 400 for a bin.
They knew exactly what was going in the bin.
After 5 days they turn around and billed me another 500.
They told me it wasn’t what they thought was going in there which was a lie.
They also told me it weighed 10 tonnes but then turned around and told me they don’t have a weigh scale bill.
They have yet to return my deposit fee, and they said they would get back to me but it’s been two weeks of not being resolved.
I’m so disappointed in a company I used before that never would have done this to their customer!!

I switched my rating to a 5 from a 1.
After speaking with the manager Matthew several times he worked with me on making sure I was completely happy with their service.
He corrected any mistakes that were made and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the resolution.
I was so impressed with the amazing customer service he gave and he made me feel like he truly appreciates me as a customer!
I would recommend this company for their exceptional customer service and definitely give Matthew a 5 star for his exceptional customer service

Jessie was an absolute pleasure to speak with on the phone and between he and my family, had a fun and great conversation and provided lots of details and great explanations of what to expect and do. They were able to accommodate us on short notice without hesitation

First time using 310 dump. Very impressed with the phone call saying will be arriving in 15 minutes. Didn't take long to take out my washer and dryer and the price was cheaper then the estimated price.. Great JOB!! I will be using you again when needed.
