Amazing service! Arrived within 15 min! Very friendly very approachable, very very very helpful gentleman who assisited us! We’re a good truck and it was late in the evening on a Friday, the lady on the phone was so friendly and gave us all the information we needed and the tow truck arrived within 15 min of our call. The man driving the truck was so nice and put us at ease about our situation. Was very gentle with our food truck, and drove like he was keeping milk in a saucer! Could not be happier with the skill and customer service of these folks! Would highly recommend to anyone from small vehicle to larger truck like ours.

I received excellent service from AAA last night through AMA roadside assistance. The dispatcher was polite and quick to arrange the tow. The truck arrived in just 30 minutes and far exceeded the 60-90 minute estimate. The wrecker operator Damian was very professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly to get the job done. He was easily able to navigate through a crowded parking lot to drop off my large vehicle. Will certainly use AAA again for my towing needs

Great experience with this towing company. They were able to get to my location in 30 minutes and help unload a lowered vehicle from a flatbed. Spencer was extremely friendly and made sure my car would not get damaged. I definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs a tow especially those with lowered vehicles. Thank you AAA Towing for removing my car from a snowy back street in Calgary, and delivering it to where it needed to be to have a new tire installed. After one week of no action (and no blame! the temperatures over the Christmas holidays were bitter; AMA was totally backed up), AAA came to the rescue. Prompt service, courteous and upbeat dispatch operators, all 'round a fine experience. I'll recommend AAA for sure.

Michael was very helpful and was easy to talk to while we got my car going. I will always recommend people switch to AMA as the service is always incredible and the ground workers are always knowledgeable and will often help you in anyway possible! AMA workers make standing in -40 degree weather, not seem so hellish because you know your car will be fixed or at least have an (loose) diagnosis of what could be wrong.
