We worked with Brent for 6 months and couldn't have been happier. He came highly recommended by my in-laws which was saying a lot. We had some negative experiences with other realtor and were blown away by Brent's professionalism, knowledge, and care. Before we even signed a contract with him he spent time meeting with us and getting to know what we were looking for in a house. When it came to showings he always made himself available, which was difficult since my husband and I work opposite shifts. He also has a wealth of knowledge on renovation costs which came in handy when we looked at places that needed renovations. He's also fun to do showings with, likes to joke around and makes it an enjoyable experience. This is important to have because you'll more than likely be spending a lot of time with your realtor looking at houses. In the end we ended getting a house we absolutely loved for a good price.

Brent also helped us sell our home once we purchased and that experience was amazing too. The photographer he uses creates beautiful images and knows how to property "stag" the room i.e. removing items like laundry baskets. Our house ended up getting multiple offers and that was where Brent really got to shine as he worked with all the other realtors to get us the best price.

If you're looking for a realtor I HIGHLY recommend meeting with Brent, once you've met him you'll realize how much better he is than most of the realtors in Calgary.

Brent is AWESOME! He goes far above and beyond to exceed expectations. I asked Brent to help me find a new home and also to sell the home I was in. His efforts were tireless, patient and friendly. I had some repairs required before I could put my place on the market and Brent helped with those, rather than making me find someone and fork out extra money to get them done. He was able to negotiate an affordable price on the home I REALLY wanted, even though it was on the market for over my budget. I’m considering another move in the near future and Brent was the first person I called. If you need a realtor, Brent is for sure the best guy for the job - unless you’re a glutton for punishment or you just really like coming in second…(or worse). I give Brent a 15 (on a scale of 1-5)!

Brent helped me buy my first home recently and boy did he make it a breeze! Brent explained everything from the ground up for me, answered my endless questions and ran around the city with me looking at potential places. He is the best, honest, and forthright with every single property (telling me the positives, negatives, what was overpriced, and what was a steal) and really was crucial to me finding the perfect place.
