They took my question in stride without making me bad for my question. In store experience was even better. Brought in my broken bolt and they gentleman I asked literally dropped what he was doing to help me. He named my hardware from the back (and even gave me some helpful recommendations regarding my use for them) and took me to the front to ring up. The other staff at the front were incredibly polite and even engaged with my 6 year old I had in tow.
Super happy with not only the price for my purchase, but with the staff who were there too. Will definitely revisit for my future nuts and bolts needs. -
