I had the privilege to take courses from the Canadian Food Safety Group as my recent food safe certificate expired and I had to renew it and this course just absolutely blew my mind. Safe to say it is one of the most affordable, most flexible, and most user-friendly courses in Canada. The steps of the training are easy to follow, easy to understand, very detailed but most importantly super useful. There are quizzes at the end of each section too to make sure you are fully prepared for your exam and you do not lose knowledge. They provide a great variety of resources as well: guides and additional materials are also available whenever you need them. The customer service is awesome, top-notch actually; not to mention the exam itself. You log in, follow a few, simple identification steps and you are good to go. I did finish my exam in less than 15 minutes and it saved me the trouble of going anywhere at my own additional cost and I did certainly not have to sit there for days either. Then, after a short verification process, I received a digital copy of my very own FoodSafe certificate. This being said, the Canadian Food Safety Group is a company that gives you value for your money and you can be certified from the comfort of your home without having to worry about anything, therefore they have my highest recommendation! With them, you are definitely set up for success, especially thanks to their A+++++ service! Thank you so much for everything, greatly appreciated.

I did not know which course to choose from as there are so many online food handling courses. After doing my research, this course came highly recommended. I decided to do it and I was not disappointed. I love the philosophy of this Canadian company as they have an affordable price so more employees can do this course and be educated in the food industry. It is easy to access and well done. I could highly recommend this course! From the ease of navigating the site to the very thorough course content, I feel that it is worth far more than the price I paid. I do not believe there is a better value out there and, most importantly, I feel well-prepared for my work in the food service industry.

This program was easy to take and i was having problems getting my certification, but i called and spoke to Chelsea M, and she emailed all of them to me. With no problems. If you are looking to learn and want to speak to a human at any time, not via chat or email, please go through this process as they make you feel like a human and will assist you to the best they can.
