Clever IT

I needed to upgrade my internet network at home and Telus wasn't able to help me out. I went to Memory Express to purchase the hardware and was going to use Geeksquak to install it for me.....As I spoke to the technical team at Telus as well as the consultants at ME, everyone was giving me different information. One of the staff members at ME cringed when I told them I was going to use GeekSquad for my install. He suggested Clever I.T.
Moez was the ONLY person that was able to fully understand what I was wanting to accomplish. He arrived promptly and had my system up and running in minutes. I HIGHLY recommend Moez with your IT needs! I know they typically only handle business IT solutions, but I wouldn't hesitate calling them to see if they can take on your job!

I just have to take a moment and express how grateful I am for Moez. He understands my shortcomings regarding computers and meetings, the latest in software and systems to make our office run more efficiently etc etc. He is always there for me to take the anxiety out of all that I'm not good at. I was concerned that growth would make him unavailable to us but he never lets us down. Can't recommend his team enough.

We have been working with Moez and Clever IT for a couple of years now. We have always appreciated the quick response and attention to detail but non so much as this past weekend. We had realized that we were having some email issues. Realizing how detrimental that can be to a business, Moez worked through the weekend towards a solution and was on site first thing Monday morning to make sure everything was ready to go. I personally, am not great with computers and he manages everything in the background for me so that my days run smoothly. We also have several franchise locations that he keeps in top shape and coordinates all of us allowing us to be confident in our promises to our clients. When you call, he answers the phone. I very seldom have to leave a message and that means a lot as with our reliability on technology, one usually needs an answer yesterday. We highly recommend Moez and his team.
