Don’t lose hope! The Data recovery experts can help! When my iPhone crashed while I was backing up my data, I reached out to Apple support to find out what to do, and they said there was nothing they could do (!) There was an error message when trying to restore my phone thru iTunes, and when I turned my phone on, it wouldn’t get past the Apple logo.
So I took it into the Apple store the next day, they said the same thing - I tried not to cry in the store. And again over year they helped me. So little thing. Just copied all my data from my old computers and sorted the photos.
