Equilibrium Osteopathy

I am 83 years old and attributed all aches and pains to old age until I met Cole. Since seeing him I can breathe better. He has improved the circulation to my head which has helped my whole body. Thankful for his expertise in osteopathy.

I wish I could give Cole more stars. He's professional, personable and passionate about what he does! Before seeing Cole for treatment I had submitted to the thought that pain was second nature and there were just things my body couldn't do- but I was wrong. With every session I was amazed by the progress, but the really amazing part is when overtime you realize those recurring issues that pop up now and then haven't popped up in months. If you aren't seeing Cole for treatment, you are cheating yourself!

I was involved in an MVC where I was rear ended at a significant speed, I was getting Chiro and massage treatments and the healing was discouragingly slow.. after only 2 treatments with Equilibrium Osteopathy the improvement has been significant! No more numb hands or headaches, the neck pain is significantly improved and I have hope for a full recovery from this. Also, I had a pre existing shoulder injury that was injured further in the accident, after doing all the required WCB Physio treatments and no improvement, I have been finally seeing results and decreased pain that will allow me to get to the required surgery without suffering daily in pain. I cannot recommend Cole enough. Equilibrium Osteopath has been amazing!

Cole has made me a true believer of Osteopathy.
I have had a hockey shoulder injury, as well as more age related degeneration, and he has definitely eased the painful areas.
I am always amazed at how quickly he pinpoints problem areas, without me telling him.
Cole is also a teacher with the CAO, which adds to his credentials.

Working in the flooring industry for close to a decade naturally puts strains on the body, after many years of waking up with a sore, stiff and painful back, and trying multiple therapies with only getting temporary relief at best, I heard about osteopathy through a class mate and was also recommended Cole. I did not know what to expect, but once I got there Coles professionalism and manner really helped me feel comfortable and cared for, he also explained how my consistent heart burn could be something he may help me with, which was news to me.
It has been about 3 weeks since my initial treatment and I cannot wait to go back! I could feel a difference as soon as I left his office, and now 3 weeks later I am still waking up and feeling as if I am ready for the day. My back no longer aches or is stiff when I wake up and I've noticed my hurtburn went from occurring daily for no reason to only happening a handful of times in the last 3 weeks, which is amazing for me because its an issues I have been dealing with since I was a kid.

I would recommend Cole and osteopathy to anyone who feels they have any issues at all that they think this might help with. Im so blessed to have been recommended Cole and hope others will find the help I was looking for.

I am a fairly new client and I have had several appointments with Cole . I can say that the progress that I am experiencing is amazing. After going to chiropractic for at least the last 16 years, with no fix, I feel like my body is in much better alignment and the knee and low back issues that I have always had seem to have gone away!
