We had a great experience buying a new home with Excel at Mahogany. This was our first home so we were not familiar with an entire process and pretty stressed. However, from beginning to end of the process they showed us absolutely amazing customer services and care about us like we are their family or friend. We had a lot of questions during the process and they responded in timely manner with a good answer or solution.
They are very flexible and willing to help us regarding anything we requested. I want to specially thank to Charla and Rachel for being helpful and friendly. We also want to thank to Josip who tried to accommodate and willing to help. We are glad that there is an warranty service and number we can reach out to whenever there is a problem. They don’t stop caring customer even after the possession date. We love our new home. Thank you so much team!!

We cannot say enough of how impressed we were with Excel Homes as a team when we took possession of our house recently. We have both worked with other builders before and never have we done a final walk though on possession day to not find ONE single deficiency. We were very impressed with the presentation of our new home to us and our family of 5.

I will also say that when we did have concerns of a couple things, they were quick to respond and put into action the right people needed for each item. They know each other and seem to communicate well to ensure their clients needs and concerns are a top priority.

I would be happy to build with Excel Homes again in the future. Thanks Excel for a wondering home buying experience.
