I was helped by Brittany who was more then amazing! Needless to say when you've got drilling and filling of your teeth you cant really feel comfortable but she was super comforting and asking me at all times if I was okay which was awesome because I was able to get the breaks I needed! Her customer services skills were fantastic and she was as gentle as she could be! Amazing experience would recommend her to anyone she was fantastic! OHH and a plus, she pronounced my name PERFECT, which helps when you have a super foreign difficult name that everyone butchers! Thank you Brittany!! My daughter had such a wonderful experience at family braces. She had Sasha as her technician. My daughter was having a hard time with attaching the elastic to her brace. Sasha was very sweet and patient with my daughter. She took her time with her and tough her the right way to us the elastics. My husband and son also got braces with family brace and have had a wonderful experience with them. The staff and orthodontist’s are super friendly and excellent at what they do.

My son got his braces here in March 2021 and after only 15 months is getting them removed May 2022. The experience has been amazing from the beginning. The staff are friendly, bookings are very accommodating to our schedule with the multiple locations and the treatment has been great. Not to mention that the Family Braces quote was significantly less than other quotes for the exact same treatment. I will recommend Family Braces to all of my friends and family. Thank-you.

My entire experience at Family Braces has been absolutely wonderful! Right from the get go they did everything they could to make sure I was getting the right care for my own personal needs. Every time I’ve had a question, they’ve been quick to help me out and explain anything and everything to me.
The new East Hills location is gorgeous, the staff are so sweet and welcoming! This clinic is much closer to my house and it’s so nice to know my ortho is right there when I need them!

Highly recommended. The best part…they have a great payment plan for people who would like braces but don’t have cash upfront. The staff are both beautiful and friendly! You can ask a million questions and they will answer every single one. I’ve been to multiple locations during my treatment and received the same amazing service at each one. The offices are very clean and spacious, although the appointments are not in an individual office you still feel that sense of privacy and comfort. If you feel like at the end of your treatment you are not happy about something, they will extend your treatment at no additional charge! Everything was very easy from the beginning to end.
