I recently bought a new condo in Calgary with the help of Giselle Kee Wilson. As I was unclear about the area of the city I wanted to be in…..Giselle took me to a variety of areas and helped me to narrow my search and decide what was important to me. She asked me some very good questions to help me realize what I really wanted.She was very pleasant to work with and was not pushy at all and was very accessible .She pointed out the positive and negative features of each place we looked at…..even guiding me away from a place that was way overpriced. She truly had my best interests at heart, and helped me to buy this condo. Even though it needs a lot of work….it was in an area I really wanted, with a world class view outside of my ground level patio. It also came with a location in the building that gave close access to the elevator and my parking stall. These things were very important to me. Giselle gave me a referral to a great design/ contracting company. They are helping me turn this into my dream place! Thank You Giselle.

Giselle was an extreme pleasure to work with. We had a rocky start with the sale of our rental property due to the fact that we are not in town, the tenants we had were difficult and the property management company we had in place was also hindering our progress. Giselle navigated all the obstacles our property threw at us with kindness, understanding and a professional attitude. Without her support and encouragement we probably would have given up trying to sell our property WITH tenants. Giselle sold our property with ease, extremely quickly and at asking price! I want to write a glowing recommendation to reflect my experience having her as our realtor to our first home in Calgary, I don’t even know where to start first for this review. We are a small relatively young family, new to Canada, recently moving to Calgary from Toronto. We met several realtors before coming across Giselle in one of the listings that we were interested in (G was the listing agent) and we fell in love with her vibe, friendliness and most importantly her understanding of our needs and the market. No budget is too little for her, I felt like we got well taken care of no matter what house price range we were looking for. Also, she was always thorough in every step of the buying process. As a first time home buyer, there are so many things we didn’t know and needed someone to not mind explaining us all the details. I can go on forever about how great Giselle is, and honestly if you’re looking for a realtor, call Giselle, as simple as that. I don’t think she ever can disappoint you. She was not only our realtor, I felt like we became friends, and that’s important to me because buying a house is a super personal business and you need a friend-realtor.
