Jon was very helpful in guiding me through the process on how to winterize my hot tub. He displayed a sense of patience while on the phone and was available every step of the way. Most companies would just book you in for apt and charge you their full rate, but not Jon. He was aware of my financial condition and supported me the best way he could. He believed in me and I was able to do the work. I appreciated the kindness, this guy is a good guy.

We had a leak in our Arctic Spa hot tub. Called Jon, explained the issue and he walked me through where to check, found the leak and made an appointment for Jon to come and fix. Even though he was swamped with calls, came over from a local area call and tightened the jets, no more leak. Jon said it was no charge because he was in the neighborhood and it was a 5 min fix. I haven't met a more knowledgeable and fair service provider. Would absolutely use JRD Pool & Spa in the future and highly recommend for any maintenance or repairs. Thanks Jon!

These guys are golden. Honest, quick to respond, efficient, and they know their stuff. Jon was a pleasure to deal with. He assessed my hot tub, provided great advice (which didn't involve replacing it), and was very professional. JRD is my new Go-To hot tub repair and maintenance place.
