I have been dealing with Kaycan for several years. Great group there especially our Salesperson Darin and Kristine the Customer Service Champion. Would give 10 stars but...not an option. Come on Google;)

We have had nothing but good experiences dealing with the folks at Kaycan. Customer service is excellent and Darrin and his team go above and beyond to assist small contractors like ourselves at Old Tyme Exteriors. We use their product across the spectrum and find it to be comparable or superior to other suppliers. When we have had issues, for instance we received a special order of Hardwood Valley that was damaged in shipping (the damage was not apparent until the boxes were opened) one call and a few pictures later Darrin had the damaged portion of the order promptly replaced. We highly recommend the team and product line at Kaycan.
