Heather is a seasoned professional, who gives her all in everything she does! She is a talented massage therapist - as someone who struggles with chronic illness and has had multiple surgeries, she is always aware and ensures that my experience is comfortable and exceptional. In light of the global circumstances (and as always) Heather provides a clean, comfortable atmosphere (that is also compliant with Provincial Health regulations) where I can receive treatment and feel completely safe. Heather is amazing. She takes a very well rounded approach to dealing with her clients pain/ dysfunction and really sees the whole picture. She creates an atmosphere of trust and understanding. I went to see her for shoulder, hip and jaw pain. She treated these issues with massage and NKT. She is a wellness coach and incorporates this into her practice - this is RARE. She is so knowledgeable, a lovely person, and genuinely wants to help.

I first met Heather in 2012 when she was teaching TRX at my company’s gym. I started seeing her for massage shortly after, and won’t see anyone else unless I have to. She continuously takes courses to learn and better serve her clients. She has a large knowledge in multiple areas and extensive experience.
The TRX classes, were tough, but we always had fun! As for massage – she gets in all the right spots and you always leave feeling a bit lighter. Probably not somewhere to go if you’re looking for a relaxing massage…while I was pregnant, I couldn’t find anyone else who would use the proper pressure, and get into the deep tissue the way Heather does!

Heather is the most experienced massage therapist I know. She has an extensive amount of experience in other learnings that deal with the human body and movement that really shows. She ongoingly shares about what she knows, and cares about serving the client best!

Heather is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She consistently gives amazing deep tissue massages that always make me feel so much better! If you ever get a chance, I would highly recommend paying her a visit. She has a pretty awesome dog too!
