I met Marina 11 years ago when she had a listing that appealed to me (but I didn't have a realtor yet), so I called her to ask about it. She got a sense of my circumstances (I needed a condo to live in myself), and she promptly told me that her listing was a foreclosure, and probably not a wise decision for me if I wasn't looking for an income property. I was so surprised that her priority was intuiting my needs—a complete stranger—rather than selling her listing. I became her client in that moment, and that really tells you all you need to know about her: she is honest, attentive, insightful, wants to see you in the perfect home for you, and works very hard for her clients. As a bonus, she has a fantastic sense of humour and is a terrific person. Marina is my realtor for life.

I just bought my first home on my own with Marina's help. She was open and honest about properties and very knowledgeable about them as well. When I bought it was a quick possession so things were more than a little stressful as it was all very new to me and everything had to be done quickly. Marina helped us buy our first property in 2014 and we trusted her to help us sell it in 2020. She went above and beyond any realtor I've ever known or heard of!
