I'd highly recommend Pegasus Home inspections, Troi was punctual, extremely professional, thorough, and clearly has a lot of knowledge when it comes to inspecting homes. He was personable and explained what he was looking at and why it was important. He gave us the piece of mind we needing purchasing an older home. As the biggest purchase of our life it was comforting to know the status of all the systems in the home were functioning properly and we should not see any unforeseen costs in the near future.
