This company was very professional and friendly, on time, and so convenient! We did a big spring clean, and had the bin parked in the alley in front of our garage. It made the process so easy, and we loved that the bins could be locked so our neighbours couldn't fill it with their junk. It was a pleasure interacting with Michael, as he was always so friendly and had great customer service. I have already recommended this company to several people. We will definitely use them again next time we need to do a spring clean! Thank you!

We rented from PortaBins for 3 days during our bathroom renos. It was much more cost efficient than having the reno company arrange for a bin and garbage disposal. The booking and paying on-line was easy and no need for a permit for the bin. PortaBins arrived, backed up the truck and trailer/bin, unhitched the bin in the driveway, made sure it was secure by adding stoppers under the wheels, gave us the key and he was done and gone! The driver was very accommodating on the drop off and pick up times and showed up right on time and was great with answering my numerous questions. We will definitely use PortaBins again, probably in the spring when we are cleaning up the yard and pruning trees. The bin would fit well in the back alley for easy access to the yard.
