Richard has been amazing to deal with during this whole experience. He is thoughtful in his suggestions and really helped us navigate this crazy market and find exactly what we were looking for. He is extremely knowledgeable about the different areas of the city that we were looking in and with his help that we found an area that is a perfect fit that we will be happy with for many years to come. He's extremely responsive and always willing to go above and beyond to point he made an extremely stressful time in our lives so much easier.

We asked Rich to help us find our forever home and we were pretty particular about what neighbourhoods we wanted to be in and had a healthy list of demands. I can say with 100% confidence that if it was not for Rich we would have never even known this house was going to be for sale, and if it hit the market guaranteed there would be a bidding war and we may have lost out entirely.

We enlisted Richards services to help us purchase our dream home as well as sell our old house. From the beginning Richard was fabulous to work with. He always answered our questions and phone calls right away and as knowledgeable in all aspects. He helped us with finding contractors to complete some small jobs on the old house before we listed as well as small jobs on the new house we needed done before we moved in.
Richard did an amazing job selling our house. We accepted an offer the day after it was listed. We has some issues with the buyer on possession day, but Richard was able to helps us resolve these issues right away.
