Great customer service and the most helpful! Mona was amazing and made us feel heard and understood, and the doctor was thorough and very professional. Will definitely be returning; highly recommend.
The service quality was next level. The equipment was modern and new and the doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. The reception was very nice too. They deal with the insurance themselves so you can just sit and relax.
My appointment was met right on time, and all rhe procedures were clearly outlined prior. The explanations and reasons of the results were also made, which was so appreciated. The team is very compassionate and empathetic, and very helpful in choosing new eyewear. I would highly recommend coming for your optical needs!
Do yourself a favour and ditch your old outdated eye clinic and come see the team at Specs in the City! A beautifully designed clinic and even better staff. They are knowledgeable, accommodating, and carry a great selection of eyewear. I would absolutely recommend!
