We have had great success with our Kiosk, and have received excellent service and support. And we have moved to the latest edition of Storm Kiosk. Yes there is a very quick learning curve, and of course nothing is perfect - but support and solutions are easily accessible and results are confirmed.

For those who have reviewed this negatively : did you take the time to ensure your team is using and embracing the technology? Do they understand the value the machine brings for convenience for both the customer and the staff? We have the positive numbers shown through the metrics and we have the staff who understands what the machine is for. If you are expecting the machine to replace your staff, think again this is not what the unit is for. And really, how can you think the machine will talk to your customers - without help of the staff who refuse to work with the kiosk? Don’t expect the machine to stand alone and do everything -in the Service department the leader must lead your team, and the positive results will show.

Our dealership has been using storm kiosks for a few months now and the service we have received is second to none. These guys know what they are doing. Wow. Especially Mick Flaviano. The way he treats us, as his customers, is over the top. Keep it up guys!
