Units are very nice and affordable compared to other buildings. Management only gets back to you 50% of the time. Garage door breaks frequently and traps cars under ground until someone decides to try and fix it (maintenance only works Monday to Friday). Only 1 elevator has worked for several months and no sign of the 2nd being fixed. No air conditioning. Limited parking in the area and very expensive for paid parking. Residents are very friendly and lots of animals in the building.
