I needed a pin replaced in my watch and they took care of it right away.
I have since heard that they are closed for business,I hope that this is not true

I called ahead to ask if I could have a watch battery changed while I waited. When I arrived the gentleman was very pleasant and took the watch immediately and said to give him 5-10mins. I came back ten mins later and all done. Very impressed and happy with the work and customer service.

Matt did an amazing job on a vintage Seiko that is a family heirloom. He did a battery replacement, diagnosis and rebranding. Was very quick with his work and pragmatic with recommendations. Would highly recommend.

I needed links removed from my watch. The guy working at the counter here was friendly and professional. Removed my link in (no joke) 5-10 seconds in front of my eyes, then removed another when it wasn't tight enough. $12 total, in and out in 2 minutes. Great service.
