Wow: the take-away, 'ready to eat' meals from YCAP are delicious, so well prepared and packaged....
I was introduced to YCAP by a friend, went in last week to try a few things out. I had some questions and one of the Senior Students (Privand) discussed preparation instructions and ingredients, a very knowledgeable and confident young man about all things Foodie related.
The homemade soups are so good, minimum salt, made with bone broths.
The Schnitzel! you have to try the Schnitzel. It is already cooked, frozen in vacu-pac, all you have to do is reheat in a 350F oven for 15 mins and you are tasting THE best Schnitzel this side of Austria.
You got to come check it out. YCAP is in Inglewood, just one block off of the Hip 9th Ave area
