The service was beyond my expectation. I was having a rough night since I’ve lost both my car key and apartment key. But when I called Alberta lock and spoke to Drew, He right away understand my situation and urgency. The empathy he provided, helped me a lot to go through the situation. Drew came to my apartment to the exact time he promised and resolved the issue in a timely manner.

After losing our carry on luggage at the airport, we came back from our trip locked out of our house and without any vehicle keys. During the phone call Alberta Lock was able to give me pricing ($45 service call & $110 for unlocking) and an estimated time of arrival. We were lucky enough to have Drew come over within 1 hour and let us into our home. He was kind & respectful. He also took the time to inspect our front door keypad which was not working at the time! We will be calling back for rekeying our vehicle! Thanks for your time Drew, we appreciate it!!
