At that time we actually went w our current bank as he was honest to tell us they had the best deal at that time. But we stayed on his informative mailing list, kept in touch & regularly got his advice in the mortgage market. This last year as rates were at an all time low he helped us again shop for an awesome mortgage that made it so worth it to break our current term & switch.
