The story was so simple: I booked the wrong date, sent them an email on 2330 hrs Friday night and got a phone call from them in 5 mins!! I never had received a customer service at this level! And guess what! The consultant offered me a solution much better I was expecting! Archer was the person who helped me! He was patient, polite, friendly and checked a few other options to make sure we were looking at the best options!
