In addition to being an outstanding Lagree instructor, Amber has taught critical alignment programs at Lagree that were very well received and both Kim & Len have worked with Amber privately & she is awesome!
I signed up for 4 classes to strengthen my aging knees. I found the first class didn’t really address the knees so much as it was more spine alignment using the critical bar. The 3 remaining classes did address more knee exercises. The classes were on zoom and Amber explained all exercises very good. She made good use of her spine skeleton prop to explain the movement and how it affects your pelvis to your knee movement. Some of the classes were just a bit chatty and more could have been focused on doing more exercises movements. Overall great class and would recommend to anyone in need of improvement regarding your knees!
Natural movement online classes with Amber were challenging and FUN. I loved the opportunity to explore and express movement in a way we are all designed for. These movement patterns are deeply embedded in all of us. Awareness is liberating. This class boosted my confidence, improved my stability and balance. Examine your attachment to your current fitness regime(with kindness) yet welcome and find adventure in Natural Movement.
In June I did the 4-week Natural Movement virtual classes. It was brilliant. My interest was primarily to work on improving my balance and strengthening my core. Amber’s pace was right on and included her demonstrating the movements while I was doing them, which I personally need! She is great at providing clear step-by-step instruction so making it ideal for me to really feel what it is I should be feeling. (Make sense?)
I’d recommend it to anyone looking to gain awareness of how moving your body in these ways will helps with flexibility, stiffness, balance and strengthening.

I took an online Critical Alignment class that I very much enjoyed. The classes were very informative and we were given written material before the classes and videos after to review what was learn. I would defiantly recommend.
