I love this gym! I have been really out of shape since COVID, so I was really worried about starting a new gym, but the trainer gave me a lot of tips on how I could manage workouts at my own pace. There was no pressure for me to do anything I couldn't manage.

A very welcoming, inclusive, and clean place to work out! This is a community that keeps me fit and creates meaningful relationships. I'd strongly recommend Crossfit Sunalta!

Spacious and clean gym. Staff is really organized and keep the classes highly motivated. Start crossfit can be challenge (and overwhelming) but for sure worth it in a place that has strong foundation and a very supportive team .
