This company is very responsible and professional. Their service is affordable, too. They know what they're doing and they do it up to the code. They were fast and effective. They quickly respond to all my questions and they resolved all my doubts. Their estimate was accurate and I didn't have to pay them in advance. That was very important to me because I don't feel safe when I have to pay contractors before they even start the work. I really trust them. I recommend them 100% to everybody. They are really nice guys.

Their 5 star reviews are well deserved. We called a lot of places as we were not going through insurance and they provided a great and reasonable price. They communicated well, followed the proper procedures for the asbestos that had to be removed from our sewer backup and did so on time so we could have the tenants resume their normal routine. Max was great to work with and would certainly use them again if we needed their services.

G&M Abatement Ltd guys came when I had leakage in my basement. The drywall compound was tested positive for Asbestos. Their price was very reasonable.They scheduled my work for four days but they end of doing it for 3 days. The consultant can and run air clearance and told me they did a great work and my basement was cleaned again. I will definitely use them again whenever need arises.

G&M were in and out of my house within 2 days. They quickly removed the contaminated materials and left the house clean. G&M were also able to get the air clearance coordinated on the same day.
