Hunter Developments is a pleasure to deal with! Always impressed by their professionalism in everything they do.

From the first time I came in to the show home the individuals at Hunter Developments were great to work with. They provided adequate information and help me, as a first time home buyer settle in to my new home. I have now been in my home a year and have had no issues. The only challenge I have had since moving in was with the staining of the deck - the worker did not communicate all that well and we had to scramble to remove items from the deck, but it was completed and everything is great now. I would highly recommend working with Hunter Developments in the future and to any first time home buyers looking for an affordable option this is it. They provided me with many "upgrades" which were standard in their homes, included granite counter tops, hard wood floors, in suite full size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances the list goes on. All of these items I thought I would have to pay extra for but came included in the price.

Bought my first home from Hunter Developments. They are an excellent builder... quality townhouses and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
