(September 14, 2021, 3:04 am)Lived here for 4 months , decent place , they are trying to Renovate all units it’s taking time but we were lucky to get one and it’s been a great experience. Sadly we’re leaving because we found a better place for same price after extensive searching for our family of 4. I do recommend the area. The new management is keen on upgrading things , and maintenance fixed things fairly quick. I’m hoping our lease breaking experience won’t leave a stain on our time here and goes smoothly , so far talks have been great. Family friendly. Photos of Reno’s are up to date. When Reno’d unit is avaible take it while you can. It’ll give them time to work on the empty ones. We did have a small miscommunication when I moved in however it was minor and cleared up immediately, and I appreciated that.
