Dawn from MKL Design Studio designed our custom home built by Maillot Homes. After our initial consult, she pretty much had the first blueprint bang on to the final design we signed off on. She listened and understood our needs to accommodate four young children and wanting an open, modern design. What was also great was hearing from the builder and the trades how her plans were comprehensive and detailed to execute what they needed to do. Her experience and relationship with the City showed as she navigated thru the necessary hoops to get the necessary permits. I'd recommend Dawn & MKL Design Studio to anyone!
