Great team of home builders. I would like to thank Sergio from sales, Ms. Kristen from designing portion and Mr. Pal the owner for their services provided. Specially Ms. Kristen in the designing department is great, it’s our first home and she walked us through the whole house very professionally. Her skill set in color matching and suggestions for the designs helped us built a great house with good value. We’re still lagging behind a few post possession fixtures due to the covid situation, Mr. Harman is helping us through that.

Prominent Homes is a credible and honest builder! We roughed-in AC coils and wires when we built our house with Prominent Homes almost 10 years ago. Recently we decided to install AC and found that the coils were missing from the rough-in. I wrote an email to Prominent Homes about it but didn't expect anything because it has been almost 10 years. Today I got the refund cheque for the missing parts. We were pleasantly surprised! By the way, we really like our house build by Prominent Homes!

We built our home with Prominent this year. Our team was amazing when it came to choosing our home style and our property, custom design, and any adjustments that needed to be done. Big thanks to Tracy, Kristen, Scott and Pal for making the whole process smooth. During COVID, the banks were very difficult but we are so grateful Prominent understood this and was patient with us. If you are building a new home, Prominent is the way to go!

We decided to build our dream home in our dream location in March of 2017, by April of 2018 we were in our new home! Having never built a new house before, we were a little nervous about the process and the stress involved. From the very beginning, Prominent was very accommodating in terms of negotiations on pricing and upgrades. We believe (and still do) that we got a smoking good deal on our home. Julie, Pal and Wayne were all great to work with throughout the process and so far we have received everything that we bargained for. There were certainly some glitches along the way and we expected this as I don't believe any new build is perfect from start to finish. What impressed us was that the mistakes were quickly rectified and in some cases to our advantage and with no argument or resistance from Prominent Homes. My spouse is very particular and detail oriented and even she has come away feeling that this has been a positive experience. I think the areas that could use some improvement would be communication with regard to contractors showing up at the house - there were numerous occasions when workers would show up unannounced and this was a minor annoyance. (happy they showed up though). We are lucky in that we could accommodate the builder to take time off to meet with whomever we needed to meet with along the way. Overall we absolutely love our home and location and look forward to being there for years to come. We would recommend Prominent to anyone building a new home.
